Medium - 80% Survival RateEntities start appearing more frequently. Teamwork becomes helpful but not required.

Mid Facility
Hard - 60% Survival RateDangerous zone. Multiple entity types active. Mimic appears - check items before pickup!

Very Hard - 40% Survival RateHigh-value loot but extreme danger. Screamer can chain spawn entities. Veteran class recommended.
